Not Your Guru Retreat

Maryse will be a guest facilitator at the Not Your Guru Retreat, taking place August 19-24, 2025, at the breathtaking Mizata Resort in El Salvador. Hosted by Jesse Barocas, this immersive retreat is designed to explore movement, connection, curiosity, and purpose—all within a stunning beachfront setting.
Participants will experience a blend of daily yoga, meditation, journaling, and transformative ceremonies, including a Temazcal ceremony led by a shaman, a waterfall hike in the jungle, and a volcano trek. Maryse will be offering her expertise in breathwork, energy work, and intuitive healing, guiding attendees through practices that support deep renewal and self-discovery.
